This Single Malt, bottled at 47.8% ABV, is specially matured in sweet Marsala dolce fortified wine casks from Sicily, Italy, and married with classic Bourbon casks. The liquid intertwines notes of apricot, dark chocolate, and smoked salt, with a roasted nut undertone. This new release brings Mediterranean flair to Islay, offering peat lovers an unprecedented "sweet life" experience.

2026 Ardbeg Day: A Homage to Classic Italian Cinema Style

Ardbeg Day will be held on May 30, 2026, with the annual theme "la dolce Islay," paying tribute to 1960s Italian cinematic style. Events will be held simultaneously around the world, inviting enthusiasts to sample the new release while enjoying Islay-inspired Italian delicacies and experiencing a blend of Mediterranean music and Scottish traditional celebrations.
