For every pre-order, a dedicated pre-order link and the deadline are sent via WhatsApp.
If you like a bottle, simply reply with the item number and quantity via WhatsApp before the deadline.
After the deadline, we total up all orders and order from our supplier.
Once sufficient allocation is confirmed, we will contact you. Full payment is only collected after your order is confirmed.

Items generally arrive about one month after payment, though delays may occur in rare cases (e.g. a delayed official release or allocation changes).
We will notify you as soon as the bottles arrive and arrange delivery or in-store pickup.

We aim to offer pre-order bottles at the best possible prices, because:
  1. Prices are Cash / PayMe / FPS special prices
  2. Pre-order prices are lower than the in-stock prices later listed on our website, as we carry less inventory and cash-flow risk
In addition, suppliers allocate us very limited quantities of some popular or rare bottles, so these go to pre-order customers first and never reach the website for regular sale. Pre-ordering is therefore the most reliable way to secure the bottles you want.
