With balsamic vinegar and green apples, surprisingly sour notes rise from your glass. Added to that are tart leather and strong smoke.

Taste:
Juicy red cherries, pears and citrus fruits dominate the first sip. Then some ash.

Finish:
Dry with lots of leather and liquorice.
