Nose:
Milk bottle sweets, buttercream icing, marzipan, hints of high ester rums, some acetone; pear drops, melon, preserved lemons.

Palate:
Creamy with a touch of ‘souring’ butter, plenty of vanilla, some floral notes and a touch of citrus salinity.

Finish:
Round and creamy, Creme Patissiere , vanilla crème brûlée some burnt demerara Like.
