Nose: Fresh white blossoms and quince, followed by oak chips, white chocolate, and hints of tinned pineapple and baked apple. Some hessian notes develop, joined by a touch of Orkney fudge

Palate: Crème caramel leads the way, and then fruit salad, heavy on the melon and mango, with demerara sugar and soft vanilla sponge in the background

Finish: Lingering notes of Cointreau and vanilla bring a smooth, indulgent close
