Robust and well-balanced, delivering a burst of sherried sweetness with flavors of dark cherries, figs, and black currants. The sherry influence is pronounced, complemented by layers of toffee, caramel, and a hint of treacle. Spicy undertones of clove and black pepper add complexity, with a creamy, mouth-coating texture.
