Nose:
Tall flutes of fresh peach bellinis accompany a cake stand of white chocolate profiteroles bursting with sweet, fruity cream filling. Sugar dusted shortbread and a dish of pastel coloured sugared almonds.

Taste:
Flavours of peach and pear fondant creams, dipped in white chocolate, sit alongside a buttery biscuit note. Crisp, dry white wine notes appear near the end.

Finish:
Beautifully balanced and utterly decadent. A long, fruity finish.
