唔少Smögen作品都係以Sherry為主, 呢支就用Bourbon為主

Smögen 係一間位於瑞典的蒸餾廠, 放2009年由一位律師&威士忌狂熱者Pär Caldenby創立。
而Smögen 本身亦係瑞典一個地方名
作品唔算多, 但2019 & 2020年幾支作品係WF都囉到非常唔錯的成績,
令大眾開始多咗留意呢間年輕的廠

Online tasting note for reference:



Nose:
Vanilla pod earthiness bolstered by foresty, grassy peat. A touch of chocolate hiding away in there.
Palate:

Grilled orchard fruit and vanilla sponge, before waves savoury peat and coastal air come along.

Finish:
The smoky notes remain for minutes afterwards, with hints of dried oak.
