Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Smoked damson jam, blackcurrant cordial, cracked black pepper over seared steak, navel orange and a hint of liquorice.
Palate: Dense, jammy fruit with coal smoke and dark chocolate-covered cherries, alongside peppercorn sauce and barbecue meats.
Finish: Long, with dark chocolate nibs and dried mint, carrying lingering boozy berries.
