Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Leafy and ‘fino‑y’ with mustard, green walnuts, sea breeze, tobacco, green melons and a touch of muesli; with water, notes of clean mud, bitter almonds, metal polish, raw wool and a faint animal note.
Palate: Salty, very fino‑style with salty mustard, fresh walnuts, a touch of turmeric and a hint of olive; with water, green tea, roasted pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, bitter oranges, leather and tobacco.
Finish: Long, with persistent leafy, nutty fino‑sherry notes and bitter‑orange dryness.
