Online tasting note for reference:

Nose: A long strand of rope washes up onto the sandy, chalk-strewn shore, leaving behind a few sea urchins and a few pieces of peat. As it opens, notes of cut grass and apple juice appear, followed by walnut and salted almonds.

Palate: Creamy (vanilla flan), it regales the palate with spicy notes (pepper, clove, nutmeg). Gradually, the peat becomes more ashy, even slightly earthy (gentian root).

Finish: Long and silky, marked by notes of salted butter caramel and candied lemon, with a fine peat smoke that lingers on seaweed and shells.
