Online tasting note for reference:
Nose:
a bright fruity note up front, in between sour pineapple, lemon and green apple. Other stone fruits as well. In the background hints of hay and bread crust, with some herbal / floral notes. Very soft paraffin. Eucalyptus. Soft vanilla and oak. A very gentle, fresh and unpeated Tobermory.
Mouth:
a light smoky impression unfolds now, but it’s still the juicy fruit that stands out (lime, kiwi) with hints of lemongrass, wax and ginger. The oak is slightly more prominent, as are the mineral notes and herbal tea. A dusty touch and a pinch of white pepper towards the end.
Finish:
medium, with leafy and zesty notes on more of the herbal tea.
