Nose:
Layers of vanilla and honey, followed by cedar, orange oil, mint leaf and heather.

Palate:
Yellow plum, red grapes and green apples, plus barley and brown sugar. A soft hint of earthy, grassy peat in the background.

Finish:
The fresh fruits from the palate stick around for the finish.
