Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Complex and delicious notes of lime, green apple, apricot, complex gin and frangipani flowers. Then nice fresh vanilla, very mineral with oak spice and After Eight. Very strong, waxy with white chocolate, banana, lemon, nutmeg and freshly mown meadow flowers.
Palate: Strong character due to the 56% vol. and the hogshead.
Finish: Very long with oak spice, pepper, coffee and milk chocolate.
