Online tasting note for reference:
Nosing: The single cask whisky has an intense sherry aroma on the nose. It also smells of sweet fruits. Plums and cherries are present. Behind it are cinnamon and dark chocolate. Caramel resonates. Spicy oak is present.
Tasting: On the tongue, the Glenfarclas Family Casks 2006 Cask 2528 is oily and malty. It tastes of dark plums and raisins. Dark chocolate and sherry come through. Spices and oak introduce the finish.
Finish: The finish of the whisky is of sustained length. The scotch says goodbye with chocolate. It also leaves behind raisins and prunes. Leather and tobacco last a long time after drinking.
