Nose:
Salty sea spray paired with light peat smoke. Floral notes of violet, lavender and vanilla.

Palate:
Fruity and sweet. Soft peach and green apple followed by toffee and custard.

Finish:
Dry and medium length. Spicy peat complements the maritime character.
