Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Lemon cream and parma violets, with Danish pastries, damp ferns, green sharpness, vanilla cream and buttery sweetness, plus dusty sweet‑and‑sour American oak notes of apple skin, coconut and a touch of sap.
Palate: Floral notes with a hint of violet and honeysuckle, followed by a bitter‑butter mix of barrel char and sweet icing, linseed oil, fresh and stewed apples, and a little oaky spice with some sappiness.
Finish: Apples and oak – like apple pie and wood chips – short but long enough.
