Nose : Ginger and cinnamon give way to small wild berries, orange peel, caramel and almond paste.

Palate : Raisins and green apple are balanced by white pepper. Then come pastry aromas of fruit cake, then spices and toasted oak.

Finish : Nice length with notes of raspberry jam and liquorice
