Nose: Summer flowers, elegant garden herbs and spices including thyme, dill, fennel, chamomile and sea buckthorn. Subtle, complex grain notes, honey mead, vanilla sugar, apricot, mirabelle plum, yellow pear, pineapple, mango and starfruit.
Palate: Harmonious, delicate sweetness and fruitiness with bright orchard fruits and restrained exotic fruit character.
Finish: Not exceptionally long, but pleasantly sweet, fruity and harmonious.
