Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Crass spicy lilac bush blossom scents. Or like diving into a sea of shaken sunflowers. Including apple cider with dark fir honey and block malt. Pineapple, floral aromas with malt undernote. Overripe apricots and honeydew melon with ham. A lot of vanilla and caramel at first, then cocoa and a hint of smoke. Then a riot of sweet fruits: apricot, melon, sweet orange.
Palate: Too sour at first, but quickly oily fruit notes, pomelo, honeydew melon, and peaches in peach tea, an interplay of sweet and tart citrus to bitter fruit. Spherical tannins: pink and yellow grapefruit, with some cane sugar.
Finish: Long and becoming more harmonious.
