The whiskey fills the nose with notes of peat smoke and iodine. He brings smoked fish. Behind are fruits and oak.

Tasting:
The Duncan Taylor Laphroaig Cask 5637145 feels oily on the tongue. It tastes like salt and pepper. Peat smoke and medicinal notes pervade. Sherry provides fruitiness.

Finish:
The finish is long-lasting. The Scotch says goodbye with notes of peat smoke and salt. He leaves spices and malt. A hint of grilled meat lingers for a long time.
