Nose: Fresh and floral, with notes of lemon zest, unripe pears, green apples, and subtle grassy undertones. Bright and precise with ripe pear, yellow apple and lemon oil, backed by vanilla fudge and soft honey from the bourbon wood.
Palate: Light yet oily and mouth-coating, with flavours of creamy vanilla, barley sugar, orchard fruits and malt, along with a creamy texture in a complex and well-balanced profile.
Finish: Spicy, sweet and lingering, with a gentle warmth that carries the orchard fruits, vanilla and soft malt notes.
