少見由Compass Box出的Single Malt Whisky, 因Compass Box 極多數都係出Blended Malt Whisky,
而Compass Box 都好似預咗大家會咁問, 所以酒標都有小小解釋, 點解會有呢支Single Malt Whisky嘅出現,
Whiskymakers 認為, blending唔一定係blend唔同蒸餾廠,
同一間廠入面用佢唔同年份同唔同type的桶去blend一樣可以有好強的複雜度
而呢支Balblair的Single Malt Whisky, 年份官方無寫, 但Whiskybase就提到係用1997 同2003的桶去Blend
最後用Balblair的1st fill Bourbon 再去blend recharred American barrel

Nose:
Apple turnover with vanilla custard, floral malt and honey.

Palate:
Creamy milk chocolate, with malt cereal and oak spice, with lots of cinnamon-spiced ripe pear.

Finish:
Dry oak on a creamy vanilla finish, with stewed orchard fruit and even more honey.
