Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Nobly spicy with pink pepper and cinnamon, developing earthy gentian notes before becoming increasingly fruity with ripe apple, tarte tatin and finely toasted bread and rusk.
Palate: Lively and slender, with overflowing baskets of freshly picked apples covering the palate, evolving into autumnal notes of dried leaves and chestnut, then nuanced hints of licorice.
Finish: Long and silky, lifted by noble spices such as nutmeg and clove, remarkably fresh with fermenting apple juice, and a natural, lingering impression reminiscent of standing on a warm malting floor.
