Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: Tinned citruses and pears, apricot jam, pear tart, caramelized plums, caramel, and nougat. With air, raisins, cardamom, and mint leaves emerge.
Palate: Very sweet and honeyed, with apricot jam, citrus juice, green lemon, grapefruit, orange zest, plum liqueur, limoncello, plum tart, and dried prunes.
Finish: A pleasant bitterness with interesting acidity and good length.
