Nose:
Warm stewed apples, cinnamon, cherries, smoked almonds and parma ham

Palate:
Lots of red apples, rhubard and sherry. A touch of spice and soft woodiness.

Finish:
Warming sherry notes; soft spice; distant smokiness with pear skins.
