Nose: Rich raisins, plum, dried fruits, slightly saline, charred orchard fruits, spices, light creosote and barbecue, citrus, rubbery and lush with prunes, liquorice, soft smoke, fudge, caramel, coffee, chocolate, berries, red fruits, clean peat, smoke, acetone briefly, chocolate with cherries cream, soot, deep juicy sherry with sweet peat, blackcurrants, dates, dark chocolate, strawberry candy, flints, walnuts, tar, coal smoke, faint plum-lacquered ribs, peat and sherry, smokey quality, charred oak, ashes, soy, oranges, dried and smoked red fruit, pencil lead, concentrated beef stock, raisins, dried tangerine peel, cherry, hint of savoury gunpowder, sour note.
