除了之前提過的Benromach Core Range 同每年出小量Batch的Cask Strength外, 今次帶來一支Single Cask。
Benromach 經歷幾次執笠重建, 最後1993年被G&M收購, 希望可以做返佢地認為既傳統Speyside風味 - 重視果味之外亦帶輕煙燻泥煤。

而呢支2019年的Single Cask #40, 屬蒸餾廠當地獨有版本, 依然仲係用緊當年的舊Design, 繼續用佢地強調的1st fill桶去熟成。

Master of Malt品評供參考

Nose: Cooked apple and caramel, cinnamon and oak char, with heaps of red fruit.

Palate: Black pepper, Medjool dates and toffee apple, with a delicate hint of smoke alongside fruitcake.

Finish: Waxy orange peel appears alongside ginger and dark chocolate biscuits.
