Glenfarclas 推出「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」限量珍藏

Speyside 威士忌酒廠 Glenfarclas 隆重發表其年度 Decanter Series 的第四款珍稀酒品——「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」。此系列旨在紀念 Glenfarclas 家族五代傳承的風格演變，今年推出的酒款僅限量生產 600 瓶。

「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」承載著一段深具意義的歷史。在千禧年的最後一天，Grant 家族成員與酒廠員工齊聚一堂，親手封裝了一批橡木桶。當時已擔任酒廠主席 52 年的 George S. Grant 先生，以及現任主席 John Grant 先生亦在場見證。這次的封桶，更是 George S. Grant 先生在 2002 年離世前，最後一次造訪酒廠的時刻，因此這批酒桶對 Glenfarclas 而言意義非凡。

本次的酒品是 Glenfarclas Decanter Series 的第四款發行，選自當日封裝的十二個酒桶之一，旨在完美展現 Glenfarclas 的傳統與獨特風格。此系列的首款酒品於 2022 年問世，是一款 25 年的單一麥芽威士忌，以原酒強度裝瓶。2023 年則推出了 20 年的 Port pipe 陳年酒款。去年（2023 年）發表的酒款，則來自 John Grant 先生於 2000 年 1 月 1 日封裝的 12 號酒桶，並於 2024 年 7 月 30 日裝瓶。

Glenfarclas 的英國發行商 Pol Roger Portfolio 的酒品總監 Peter Donnelly 曾闡述，Decanter Series 的概念是「五年推出五款珍藏」，以代表 Glenfarclas 家族五個世代及其各自偏好的威士忌風格。

今年推出的「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」同樣選用單一雪莉桶，該桶於 1999 年 12 月 31 日入桶，在橡木桶中陳釀逾 25 年，並於 2025 年 8 月 28 日裝瓶。此酒款以其天然色澤及 51.2% 的酒精度裝瓶，全球僅有 600 瓶 Glencairn 珍藏瓶。

Decanter Series 的第五款及最終款預計將於 2026 年推出。
