Nose: Fresh berries and pomegranate, cranberries, rum raisins. Honey and vanilla with subtle leather and cocoa.
Palate: Tangy apples and limes up front, layered with dried fruit, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate. Ginger heat balances the sherry influence. White chocolate and barley emerge with time.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering spice and sweet malt. Earthy undertones add depth.
