Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich and sherried — dark dried fruits, prunes and figs with a generous wave of Oloroso influence. Cinnamon and nutmeg emerge alongside toasted oak and brown sugar.
Palate: Sweet malt meets dried apricots, with smoky roasted flavours accompanied by sultanas.
Finish: Orange peel with chocolate. A classic old-school sherried Speysider.
