Nose: Ripe, aromatic apple varieties dominate the bouquet, accompanied by notes of ripe mango, cider, and a hint of candied citrus peel. A fine, cool minerality recalls damp limestone and salty sea air.

Palate: Juicy and structured, the Calvados presents aromas of apricots, ripe plums, and red berries. Elegant nutty depths and fine roasted notes from the cask maturation complement the fruit. A distinctly perceptible, chalky minerality gives the distillate tension and freshness, leading to a balanced, multi-layered mouthfeel.

Finish: Long and intense, with lingering fruit, fine nut notes, and a cool, mineral dryness.
