每次 Pre-order 都會由 Whatsapp 發出指定 Pre-order link 以及截至時間，
> 如有心水酒款，只需截至時間前 Whatsapp 回覆酒款號碼及數量即可，
> 我們截止後會集齊數量再去囉貨，
> 當 Confirm 有足夠貨分配就會搵大家，落單後先會向大家收錢
> 一般收錢後一個月左右會到，但有小部份情況會有延誤 e.g. 官方遲了 release / 做 allocation 等
> 到貨後會馬上通知及安排寄送 / 自取

Nose: The nose opens up with an unexpected smokiness. It’s briny with notes of capers, malt loaf, fresh green apples, and vanilla sponge cake. The alcohol is very well balanced with a slight hint of white pepper spice, making it easy to get your nose into properly. Coming back to it after some time in the glass and we’re finding pencil shavings, a coastal sea breeze, freshly squeezed lime juice, and whipped cream.Palate: The palate opens with soured cream, minty chewing gum, sugar dusted shortbread, lemon peels, and a few orchard fruits thrown in for good measure. It has a lovely mouthfeel; it’s silky, slightly creamy, and the flavours envelop your whole palate.
Finish: The finish lasts quite a while, showing caramel wafers, toffee, and coastal peat smoke. Speaking of the peat, it doesn’t blow you away initially, but it does grow over time, leaving ash and tar flavours lingering on.

Nose: a very civilised, old style. Sunflower oil, heather honey, light cereals and hints of fresh canvas with oil paint. Then aniseed, hay, a little chalk… At the same time some faded vanilla too, with subtle elderflower and ripe yellow plums underneath.Palate: same profile. Off-dry with a firm herbal side. There’s honey and pollen, quickly followed by herbal teas, waxy notes and sandalwood. Reminds me of the quirkiness that Banff or Coleburn often had – I miss Banff. Then some grassy notes. Also lemon oil and lemon peel, light medicinal touches, hints of paraffin and a nice earthiness.
Finish: quite long, with lingering wood spice, vegetal oil, a touch of mustard and a nice fatty edge. This really seems to come from a different era.
