Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: A mighty sherry scent with dark berries and slight smoke, orange and red dried grapes, a salty hint of sea air, raisins and dates with creamy chocolate and sweet caramel, subtle salty liquorice, velvety vineyard peaches, mineral peat and wet wood, later a slightly spritzy note of furniture polish.
Palate: Velvety and creamy with sour berries and sweet oranges before a powerful sherry wave, pleasant sharpness, dark fruits with extreme oak and a touch of furniture polish, lots of salt, fine herbal notes, liquorice and slightly rotten wood tones, hints of bacon and smoked meat, incredibly mild yet multilayered.
Finish: Spicy oak and salty spiciness with warm, cozy notes of espresso and dark chocolate, slightly smoky and greasy elements, burnt wood tones and minimal liquorice, gradually fading salty and sweet, leaving a slightly salty film on the tongue.
