不少极高年份的干邑都会在木桶熟成数十年后，转入大型玻璃瓶保存，以“冻结”熟成过程。
这款由香港 Abyss Whisky Bar 装瓶的 Mauxion 作品，蒸馏于 1928 年，直至 2025 年由 Abyss 负责人亲自前往法国 Mauxion 酒窖，从过百桶干邑中挑选，才从橡木桶中装瓶。
接近一个世纪的连续木桶陈年，造就极为罕见的超高年份 Lot 28 干邑。
