Nose :
Fruity notes of apricot, orange peel and banana are followed by an elegant and deep touch reminiscent of black tea.

Palate :
Elegant entry with the taste of dried plum, followed by the complex aromas coming from the sherry barrels. The notes of hazelnut and maple syrup provide structure while we appreciate the exalted roundness of ripe peaches.

Finish :
The finish gives a rich, round and expressive sensation, supported by a beautiful sweetness which persists pleasantly.
