Velier는 IB이고 Foursquare는 Rum 증류소입니다.
Single Blended Rum은 동일한 증류소(Foursquare) 내에서 Pot still과 Traditional continuous column으로 만들어진 Rum을 블렌딩한 Rum을 의미합니다.
Rum 분류에 대해 관심이 있으시면 이곳을 참조하실 수 있습니다. 다만 다소 깁니다.

이 병은 두 종류의 Foursquare Rum을 섞은 것입니다. 하나는 American oak barrel에서 14년 동안 숙성되었고, 다른 하나는 American oak barrel에서 10년 동안 숙성된 후 Oloroso sherry barrel에서 4년 동안 피니시되었습니다.

Hampden(Foursquare가 아닌 다른 증류소)의 공식적인 설명에 따르면 열대 기후에서 7년 숙성하면 천사의 몫과 숙성 정도가 유럽에서 25년 숙성한 것과 동등한 효과를 냅니다.
비율은 약 1-3.5 정도입니다.

Palate-
Complex, with chemicals, tobacco leaves, caramel, faint smoke, bitter chocolate and nutmeg and star anise.

Long and sweet, with vanilla and red fruit jelly and cocoa.
