Shipping Fee
Free shipping within Hong Kong for orders over HK$1,000 (any product categories) placed on our website.
For orders under HK$1,000: the first item incurs a shipping fee of HK$30, and each additional item adds HK$20.
Note: The delivery carrier may apply additional surcharges for remote areas (e.g. Sai Kung, South Lantau, outlying islands such as Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay).

1. Direct delivery to a specified address (residential or commercial)
2. SF Stores / SF Lockers
Shipping Time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery to urban areas typically takes 1 business day thereafter.
The carrier will normally call before delivery, so please keep your phone accessible after placing an order to avoid delays.
Packaging & Transport Safety
All products are packed with high-quality paper boxes and protective packaging materials (air column bags, bubble wrap, and foam pellets) before handover to the carrier.
We use the carrier's dedicated alcohol-beverage service line, where goods are handled manually in and out of the warehouse, eliminating the risk of damage from automated conveyor systems.
Damage & Breakage
We take great care in protecting your order. All products are packed using high-quality paper boxes and protective packaging materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit. For details, please refer to our Packaging page.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged due to a collision during shipping, we will arrange a full refund. Please contact us with photos of the damage and we will process it promptly.
Delivery Arrangements & Redelivery
In normal cases, SF Express will deliver on the next working day after we hand over your package. The courier will normally call you in advance before delivery.
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, SF Express will re-arrange delivery. Feel free to contact us if you have any pickup or delivery issues — we can help liaise with SF Express on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and dispatched, our system will automatically send you the tracking number via email or WhatsApp. If you would like to check the latest delivery status, feel free to contact us at any time.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your delivery address or make any other modifications to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Self-Pickup
You may pick up your order at our Kowloon Bay Showroom (Unit 19, 10/F, Kowloon Bay Industrial Centre, 15 Wang Hoi Road, Hong Kong).
To avoid a wasted trip, we recommend confirming availability via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram before visiting.

Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Hold / Reserve Arrangement
Paid orders can be held for later pickup or delivery at your convenience. Contact us for special arrangements if needed.
Visiting Customers from Outside Hong Kong
We welcome overseas customers. After payment is received, we will hold your reserved products. We can also arrange delivery to your hotel front desk or a designated SF Locker on a specified date for your convenience.
