Glenfarclas 推出「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」限量珍藏

Speyside 威士忌酒厂Glenfarclas 隆重发表其年度Decanter Series 的第四款珍稀酒品——「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」。此系列旨在纪念Glenfarclas 家族五代传承的风格演变，今年推出的酒款仅限量生产600 瓶。

「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」承载着一段深具意义的历史。在千禧年的最后一天，Grant 家族成员与酒厂员工齐聚一堂，亲手封装了一批橡木桶。当时已担任酒厂主席52 年的George S. Grant 先生，以及现任主席John Grant 先生亦在场见证。这次的封桶，更是George S. Grant 先生在2002 年离世前，最后一次造访酒厂的时刻，因此这批酒桶对Glenfarclas 而言意义非凡。

本次的酒品是Glenfarclas Decanter Series 的第四款发行，选自当日封装的十二个酒桶之一，旨在完美展现Glenfarclas 的传统与独特风格。此系列的首款酒品于2022 年问世，是一款25 年的单一麦芽威士忌，以原酒强度装瓶。 2023 年则推出了20 年的Port pipe 陈年酒款。去年（2023 年）发表的酒款，则来自John Grant 先生于2000 年1 月1 日封装的12 号酒桶，并于2024 年7 月30 日装瓶。

Glenfarclas 的英国发行商Pol Roger Portfolio 的酒品总监Peter Donnelly 曾阐述，Decanter Series 的概念是「五年推出五款珍藏」，以代表Glenfarclas 家族五个世代及其各自偏好的威士忌风格。

今年推出的「The Last of the Millennium Bottling」同样选用单一雪莉桶，该桶于1999 年12 月31 日入桶，在橡木桶中陈酿逾25 年，并于2025 年8 月28 日装瓶。此酒款以其天然色泽及51.2% 的酒精度装瓶，全球仅有600 瓶Glencairn 珍藏瓶。

Decanter Series 的第五款及最终款预计将于2026 年推出。
