Nose: Slightly sour, citrusy and salty with wood smoke, lemon and grapefruit, hints of tar and engine fumes, plus earthy, barnyard notes and some vanilla sweetness.

Palate: Oily and peppery with warming chilli spice, soot, salty licorice, more lemon and grapefruit, medicinal peat, iodine, smoked bacon, seaweed and a touch of vanilla.

Finish: Long, oily and ashy with lingering peat smoke, salty licorice, iodine and citrus.
