Broken or Damaged Bottles

If you receive a bottle that is broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by Alcohol Please.

 

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong bottle(s), please contact us and we will arrange an immediate exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by Alcohol Please.

 

Bottle Seal Deterioration & Leakage

Cork and screw-cap seals are natural or mechanical components that deteriorate over time. Seal deterioration and any resulting leakage or evaporation are considered a manufacturer-level and natural issue, rather than a retailer defect. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for bottles with seal-related leakage.

 

No Refund or Return for Opened Products

Once a bottle has been opened, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

 

Change of Mind

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value (price difference applies for higher-value items). Once the order has been dispatched, no changes or refunds will be accepted.

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
