Online tasting note for reference:

Nose: opens with notes of caramel, molasses, toffee and pudding. Allowed to breathe, chocolate liqueur and ginger add to this punchy nose.

Mouth: massive. Initially creamy, it reveals flavors of prunes, marzipan and choux pastry. It is balanced by a bitterness reminiscent of dark chocolate.

Finish: notes of sandalwood and licorice complete the aromatic profile of this 21-year-old Single Malt.
