Online tasting note for reference:

Nose: A fascinating start: ripe tropical fruits – mango, guava and dried pineapple – meet a darker, elegant note of cassis. Behind these are hints of candied orange, dates and a touch of polished wood. With air, fine notes of beeswax, old leather and a hint of mint unfold – reminiscent of an old Irish single malt in its lightness and fruitiness.

Palate: Silky and deep at the same time. The first impression is exotic and fruity: dried mango, passion fruit and a hint of coconut, followed by black currants and a touch of dark chocolate. The oak spice is present but harmoniously integrated – fine tannins carry the fruit without overpowering it.

Finish: Long, warm and elegant – notes of cassis liqueur, dried pineapple and tobacco leaves linger.
