Palate: earthy smoke, sweet honey, creamy vanilla, cinnamon, black pepper, and hints of citrus peel; generous balance of vanilla and oak char with hearty smoke, sweet with cinnamon notes; sweetness and complexity continue with vanilla, tar and liquorice; extremely rich and very balanced in flavour
Finish: medium-length; peat smoke lingers with floral notes and a dash of cinnamon; perfect, long-lasting; cinnamon and ginger spice
