A few drops of water bring out a burst of vanilla with a medley of summer fruit – peaches, fresh apricot and nectarines. Some time brings out a bit of balsamic vinegar.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePalate: Sweet and fruity at first turning spicy towards the end. It’s tangy and citrusy on the palate, with a lot of spice crushed in with it. A few drops of water take it to the dry and bitter side of things, with an almost chalky dryness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFinish: Spicy and somewhat dry, almost dusty feel to it, with pepper and clove around the gullet.
