1. Pre-order Process & Arrangement
Each Pre-order will be initiated via WhatsApp with a designated Pre-order link and deadline.
> If you have a preferred bottle in mind, simply reply with the item number and quantity via WhatsApp before the deadline.
> After the deadline, we will consolidate the orders and proceed with procurement.
> Once we confirm sufficient stock allocation, we will contact you, and payment will only be collected after the order is confirmed.
> Typically, the stock will arrive in about a month after payment, but delays may occur in rare cases (e.g., official release delays or allocation issues).
> Once the stock arrives, we will notify you immediately and arrange delivery/pick-up.
As a small business, we kindly ask that you place orders only if you are sure, and please do not ghost us after ordering. 🙏🙏
2. Pre-order Pricing & Benefits
We aim to offer Pre-order items at the best possible prices, so:
1. Prices are based on Cash/PayMe/FPS payment.
2. Pre-order prices are lower than the prices listed on our website later, as our risk is lower.
Additionally, in some cases, the quantity allocated to us for certain Pre-order items is very limited. As a result, these items may only be available to Pre-order customers and might not be listed as regular stock on our website. This makes Pre-order a relatively secure way to purchase.
